If you have query relating to your booking and you haven't started your vacation yet, you can send us a message through the Manage My Booking portal.
Select the 'Submit A Message" link, select the query category and send us your message.
For amendment requests, please use the ‘Make Changes’ section in Manage My Booking.
If you have a query or would like to provide feedback on your recent vacation please complete the ‘Post Travel Query’ form in the My Vacation Details section on Manage My Booking and one of our team will investigate your query.

Please note: We are an agent for our suppliers and may need to approach third parties for information before we can provide you with a full response. This can sometimes take up to 28 days.
Most queries can be resolved by logging into Manage My Booking, but if you need to speak to an advisor, then the lead passenger can call us: 1-470-372-1622 .
Please note we can only discuss information about a booking with the lead passenger.
