Pay Monthly vacations
We want to make your booking as stress-free as possible which is why we have developed our flexible payment options. When you book with lovevacations, we can offer you four different payments plans, depending on the departure date you have. Plus, you can still change your payment dates after you've booked - simply use our secure Manage My Booking tool and amend them by up to 14 days!
If your vacation is more than ten weeks away (and you haven’t chosen a non-refundable room), we offer up to four different payment options:
Pay Monthly
Ideal for people who wish to set a monthly budget!
Flight + Hotel
You can choose to make an initial down payment (starting from just $29 per person) and then follow up with equal monthly payments. The option to Pay Monthly towards your booking is available when you book at least ten weeks before you travel. Payments will be taken on the same date each month.Hotel booking
You can choose to make an initial down payment (starting from just $15 per person) and then follow up with equal monthly payments. Our Pay Monthly option is available when you book your hotel at least six weeks in advance.Please note that each payment includes a &$2.95 admin fee, regardless of the payment card used.
Terms and conditions
An initial low down payment is taken today to secure the booking, thereafter a monthly payment plan with set amounts will be paid to make up the rest of the trip cost. Payments must be taken from the card used to secure the trip by the lead passenger. In the event of cancelation, the full down payment must be paid in addition to any cancelation charges imposed by the applicable supplier and our administration charge. If you would like to make changes or add extras to your booking, you will be asked to pay the additional associated charges (i.e. amendment charges) when the amendments are applied.
Once the final payment has been taken we will issue the relevant tickets/vouchers for your trip.
Our Monthly Payment Plan is available for online bookings only and is subject to availability, entirely at our discretion.
Low Down Payment
Ideal for those wishing to lower their initial vacation cost!
Flight + Hotel bookings from $29pp
Our low down payments start from just $29 per person – you can pay this now and then split the remaining cost over three installments. You can choose our Low Down Payment option when you book at least six weeks before departure. Your card will be debited on the same date of each month, with the final balance due 14 days before departure.Hotel bookings from $15pp
Our low down payment option for hotel only bookings starts from just $15 per person. You can then split the remaining cost over three installments. You can choose our Low Down Payment option when you book at least six weeks before your hotel stay. Your card will be debited on the same date of each month, with the final balance due 14 days before your stay.Please note that each payment includes a $4.95 admin fee, regardless of the payment card used.
Terms and conditions
The initial low down payment is due per person and will be highlighted at the time of booking. A down payment top up amount is required after the low down payment is paid. This top-up will bring the full down payment paid equal to the standard down payment per person. The outstanding second down payment will automatically be deducted from the same credit/debit card used to pay the initial down payment and you will be informed of the due date before booking. In the event of cancelation before the due date of the second down payment, you still remain liable for the full down payment, and this must be paid, in addition to any cancelation charges imposed by the applicable supplier and our administration charges. If you would like to make changes or add extras to your booking, you will be asked to pay the additional associated charges (i.e. amendment charges) when the amendments are applied.

Standard Down Payment
Ideal for those wishing to split the cost of their vacation into two payments!
Flight + Hotel
Choose Standard Down Payment and you can simply pay an upfront cost today, and then make the second payment 14 days before you depart. Our Standard Down Payment is available when you book at least four weeks before departure and it consists of only two easy payments. Standard down payments can vary in initial cost, depending on the vacation selected.Hotel bookings
You can also use our Standard Down Payment option for your hotel only booking. This option is available when you book more than 28 days before your hotel stay. You can put down a Standard Down Payment today and then make the second payment 14 days before your stay. Standard down payments can vary in cost, depending on the hotel selected.Please note that each payment includes a $4.95 admin fee, regardless of the payment card used.

Once the final payment has been taken we will issue the relevant tickets/vouchers for your trip.
Full Payment
We do not charge a fee to our customers who use debit cards or credit cards. Your bank or card issuer may apply a foreign transaction fee. Cards are accepted subject to security and fraud checks.
We are pleased to be able to accept a variety of payment options for your convenience. American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa are all currently accepted.
