In response to the COVID-19 pandemic the US Government has implemented various shelter in place directives.
We recognize this is an extremely stressful and worrying time for many people and we are doing our best to help. Most importantly we want to reassure all of our customers that wherever we have been able to cancel your booking with the hotel as a result of the COVID-19 situation, you will be offered a future travel credit for the same value. This will allow you to book a new trip on our site to any destination up to the value of the credit. Most airlines are also offering re-book options, enabling you to move your whole vacation to a new date.
We apologize to all our customers that we have not been able to answer messages as quickly as normal. We thank you for your patience and ask you to please bear with us as we are experiencing an extreme and unprecedented number of requests.
As such, whilst it may take a bit longer to get in touch than we would like, don’t worry we will be contacting you. If we don’t get to speak to you before your departure date, don’t be concerned, this will not impact your ability to receive a future travel credit.
